Join Culture Club for a trip to Stuttgart’s Summer Festival of Cultures, offering a relaxed opportunity to experience international music, food, and cultural diversity together.
The MPI-IS Culture Club invites community members to for a trip to the Summer Festival of Cultures (Sommerfestival der Kulturen) in Stuttgart. Set in the city center around Stuttgart’s Marktplatz, this well-known festival celebrates cultural diversity and international exchange, offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It is an ideal opportunity to explore Stuttgart while connecting with colleagues from our international research community.
The festival features live music and performances by international artists from around the world, a wide range of international street food and culinary specialities, as well as cultural stalls, crafts, and exhibitions. With free admission and an open, inclusive setting, the Summer Festival of Cultures is a great way to experience Stuttgart’s multicultural character together, whether you are new to Germany or already familiar with the region.
