Each year, IMPRS-IS offers a week-long boot camp to its scholars . This week of intensive training offers scholars a one-of-a-kind learning experience. The week is filled with scientific talks from leading researchers in the fields of AI, career development courses, interactive discussion sessions, scientific challenges, and social activities.
The 2020 IMPRS-IS Boot Camp is scheduled to take place from October 5 to 9, 2020 at the Begegnungs- und Tagungszentrum Michelsberg in Michelsberg, DE.
Questions and concerns regarding COVID-19: IMPRS-IS takes the COVID-19 health crisis extremely seriously. Procedures for this event will follow health and safety regulations as issued by the government of Germany, Max Planck Society, and MPI-IS crisis units.
This event is currently scheduled to take place in-person in Michelsberg, Germany. If government agencies change current regulations for public events for October, 2020, the IMPRS-IS coordination office will inform scholars and the entire IMPRS-IS community as soon as possible.
