On behalf of the Diversity Seminar Series, community members are invited attend an interactive workshop: “Micro-Aggression and Discriminatory Behaviour at Work.”

In today’s diverse work environments, fostering respectful communication and inclusivity is more important than ever. This workshop will help participants identify and understand micro-aggressions, explore their impact, and develop strategies to combat unintended discriminatory behavior.

What to Expect:

• Define micro-aggressions and their impact on individuals and organizations.
• Examine who is affected by micro-aggressions and why.
• Discuss intersectional theory, diversity, and allyship.
• Learn practical strategies for combating micro-aggressions and fostering inclusive communication.
